Anime Workout
5/23/2012 Day 1 Goku basic workout
- Run 2-4 miles
- 60 Sit ups
- 10-40 Jump pushups
- 60 Bicycles
- 40 Hand stand pushups
- 40 hand touch pushups
- 40 Arm Leg lifts
- 80 leg air pushes
- 20 minutes Sparring or Shadow boxing
- 10 minutes Slow jog
- 60 Heavy object lift up like a heavy log throw after every 10 lift ups.
- 50 20'' inch Box jump
*To preform a bicycle you would get on the floor and have hands on head and have legs on ground then you would bring your elbows and knees toward each other (have knee and elbow coming together horizontally toward each other).
*To preform a arm leg lift you would have your legs high in air then push your arms up to touch your feet.
*To preform a leg air push have your back on the ground and your legs in air push your legs high in the air so your back comes off the ground.
